Tremendous Curtain

Backstory:
Tremendous Curtain was established in 2011 by childhood friends, Jason Rivers and Benji Stone, in their small town garage in Poughkeepsie, New York. They’d spent most of their teens jamming to classic rock records and dreaming of one day being on a stage themselves. During their college days, they met Delilah ‘Dee’ Murray and Pete ‘Thunder’ Johnson. Dee, a classically trained violinist with a love for rock music, and Pete, a drummer from a jazz background, completed the circle. The band was named ‘Tremendous Curtain’ after their first gig, where they performed behind an oversized curtain due to a stage mix-up. Despite this, their music transcended the visual barrier and left the crowd in awe.

Genre:
Tremendous Curtain’s genre can be best described as classical rock with a dash of jazz. Their unique music reflects their diverse tastes and backgrounds. It’s a fusion of powerful guitar riffs, striking violin melodies, and complex jazz rhythms that sets them apart in the rock music scene.
