Formed in the nostalgic halls of a San Francisco high school in 2010, Truthful Assistant came into existence. The band’s members, Tim McKinley, Fred Anderson, Lisa White, and Jenny Bradford, were drawn together by their shared love for music and a vision to deliver lyrics that mirrored real-life experiences and promoted authenticity. Their journey began with performances at local gigs and school events, and gradually, they grew popular among the local music lovers. After years of grinding, their big break came in 2016 when a renowned music producer discovered them at a charity event.
