Unaware Beef

Backstory:
Unaware Beef was born in a small town bar in Wichita, Kansas when four friends who shared a passion for non-conformist music decided to form a band. The friends, who were all working at the local butchery at the time, would play their unconventional tunes during their lunch breaks. One day, a lost music producer from a major record label stumbled into the bar, heard their unique sound, and immediately signed them up. They named their band ‘Unaware Beef’, a nod to their unique beginnings and the less than glamorous day jobs they held while honing their music.

Genre:
Unaware Beef’s music can be primarily classified as ‘Experimental Country’, although they often incorporate elements from various other genres, such as rock and reggae into their creations. Their experimental sound, coupled with their clever lyricism and lo-fi production, have made them a unique act in the country music scene.
