Backstory:
Uneven Quartz is a four-piece band that originated from the picturesque town of Broome in Western Australia. The band members – Ronnie, Lachlan, Liam, and Nate – grew up together, sharing close-knit bonds and a common love for music. From jamming in their parent’s garage to playing at local festivals, these childhood friends gradually made a name for themselves. In 2014, they decided to make their passion a full-time endeavor and named their squad Uneven Quartz, a nod to their unpredictable, multi-faceted music and the quartz-rich landscapes of their hometown.
Though all members come from diverse musical backgrounds, their collective talent blends seamlessly to create a unique sound that has caught the attention of the industry and music enthusiasts alike. With Ronnie’s soulful vocals, Lachlan’s vibrant guitar riffs, Liam’s steady drumbeat, and Nate’s smooth bass, Uneven Quartz has become a symbol of rhythm, resilience, and raw talent.

“Desert Echoes”
Full Song Lyrics:
(Verse 1)
[Gm] In the heart of the desert, [Eb] under the crimson sky,
[Dm] We found our rhythm, [F] our souls began to fly.
[Gm] Gold dust under our feet, [Eb] dreams in our eyes,
[Dm] Chasing the horizon, [F] beneath the starry skies.
(Chorus)
[Cm] Hear the desert echoes, [Gm] feel the pulsing beat,
[D#] Our hearts are on fire, [Dm] in rhythm, they meet.
[Cm] Can you hear the desert echoes? [Gm] They’re calling your name,
[D#] Join our wild symphony, [Dm] be part of our game.
(Verse 2)
[Gm] Through the nights and days, [Eb] we sang our song,
[Dm] In the echoes of the desert, [F] we found where we belong.
[Gm] Amid the quartz and the silence, [Eb] we found our voice,
[Dm] We are Uneven Quartz, [F] making some noise.
(Chorus)
[Cm] Hear the desert echoes, [Gm] feel the heart’s beat,
[D#] Lost in the rhythm, [Dm] where the wild hearts meet.
[Cm] Can you hear the desert echoes? [Gm] They’re calling your name,
[D#] Join our wild symphony, [Dm] no two nights the same.
