Backstory:
Unnatural Silver was formed in the melting pot city of New Orleans in 2009 by four friends, Alex (lead vocals), Brian (guitar), Chris (drums), and Don (bass). All four had been playing in various bands throughout high school and college but felt something was missing. They decided to combine their talents and influences to form a unique sound. The name ‘Unnatural Silver’ came from a line in a science-fiction novel they all liked, symbolizing their collective vision of creating something unusual and beautiful.
The band quickly gained a local following due to their dynamic performances and their innovative approach to their music. They released their self-titled debut album in 2012, which was praised for its distinct sound and thought-provoking lyrics.
