Backstory:
The Unselfish Foundation emerged from the eclectic streets of Austin, Texas, in the early summer of 2010. The band consists of four members: lead vocalist and guitarist, Jamie “Jay” Cartwright; drummer, Lara “Lars” Hendricks; bassist, Marcus “Mars” Levy; and keyboardist, Steve “Stevie” Daniels. The group was originally formed when the four friends randomly met at a local charity event. Their mutual love for music, compassion for humanity, and the desire to use their talent for a greater cause led to the creation of Unselfish Foundation. The name of the band is a tribute to their shared commitment to use the proceeds from their music to support various charitable foundations around the world.
Genre:
Alternative Rock with a hint of Blues.

“Rainbow At The End”
Full Song Lyrics:
(Verse 1) [C] [G] [Am] [F]
[C] In a world full of shadows, [G] you’re the light,
[Am] When everything’s wrong, you [F] make it right,
[C] No matter how hard the storm may [G] strike,
[Am] You are the rainbow at the [F] end of night.
(Chorus) [C] [G] [Am] [F]
[C] So here’s to you, [G] the brave and the bold,
[Am] The ones who dare to let their [F] stories unfold,
[C] Here’s to the fighters, to the [G] ones we depend,
[Am] You are the rainbow at the [F] end.
(Verse 2) [C] [G] [Am] [F]
[C] When the world seems cruel and it [G] feels unkind,
[Am] You’re the strength we need, the peace [F] we find,
[C] In the darkest times, you [G] never bend,
[Am] You are the rainbow at the [F] end.
