Backstory:
Untrue Individual was formed in the bleary-eyed predawn of a midwinter’s morning in the bustling city of Chicago. The original members, a ragtag group of friends who hailed from different walks of life, met in college and bonded over their shared love of music and a passion for creating something uniquely their own. With frontman Tony “Jester” Galloway’s gritty vocals, guitarist Riley “Whisper” Trumbull’s piercing riffs, bassist Micky “Bassline” Sheridan’s rhythmic backbone, and drummer Jake “Thumper” Fillmore’s pounding beats, they began to play gigs in local bars, building a reputation for their electrifying performances and raw, emotional music. Over time they evolved into a powerhouse of creativity, each member bringing something unique to the table, resulting in an intoxicating blend of sounds that has set them apart from other bands in the scene.
