Unwieldy Packet

Backstory:
Unwieldy Packet is a trio of tech entrepreneurs turned musicians hailing from the vibrant city of Austin, Texas. The band was formed in 2015 when Mark “Router” Johnson, Tim “Firewall” Davis, and Beth “Pixel” Stewart decided to channel their love for coding, algorithms, and music into a sonic experience. After a long day of coding at their shared co-working space, they would jam in their makeshift in-office music studio, and that’s how Unwieldy Packet was born.

Their geeky charm and unique sound quickly caught the attention of the local scene. Their music became the unofficial anthem of tech startups in Austin, and their fanbase started to expand beyond the Texan borders. The band’s name, Unwieldy Packet, is a cheeky reference to their tech background and their music’s unpredictable nature.
