Backstory:

Variable Touch was formed in the vibrant city of Austin, Texas, in 2012. This five-piece band began as an experiment when childhood friends, lead vocalist, Andrew “Andy” Brooks, and guitarist, Jason “Jase” Mitchell, decided to test their musical prowess outside their bedrooms. They were soon joined by percussionist, Emily “Em” Jenson, bassist, Sam “Sammy” Roberts, and keyboardist, Michael “Mike” O’Connell. Their combined passion for music and their shared vision to create something unique drove them to establish a band that would eventually be admired by many.

Variable Touch is known for its experimental nature. Their blend of music breaks the conventional boundaries of genres, making every song a surprise for the listener. Their eccentric style, combined with heartfelt lyrics, is what makes them stand out.
