Backstory:
Vast Warning was born on the back roads of Birmingham, England, in the late 1980s. The band members, childhood friends Fredrick Gates (lead vocals, guitar), Samuel Thompson (drums) and twins James and John Harrison (bass and keyboard respectively), found their common love for music during their teens. They started jamming in Samuel’s garage, creating sounds that resonated with their shared experiences of growing up in a city that was undergoing rapid cultural and social change. Over the years, their bond and their music matured and morphed into the dynamic ensemble known today as ‘Vast Warning’.
