Backstory:
Vital Transition started as a garage band in the small town of Palo Alto, California, in 2007. Best friends since childhood, lead singer and guitarist, Daniel “Danny” Thompson, and drummer, Michael “Mikey” Johnson, decided to take their passion for music to another level. They recruited talented bassist, Sarah “Red” Mayfield, and keyboardist, Jesse “Jay” Ruiz, who were also local musicians, to complete the band. They named their band ‘Vital Transition’, symbolizing their aim to make a significant change in the music scene with their unique sound and unorthodox lyrics.

The band spent countless hours in Danny’s garage, honing their skills, creating, and performing at local venues. Their breakthrough came in 2011 when their demo tape caught the attention of an A&R representative from a renowned record label. Since then, Vital Transition’s music has resonated with listeners across the globe, and they continue to push boundaries with their innovative sound.
