Backstory:
Formed in the heart of Brooklyn, Vivacious Permission is a collective that rose from a shared love of music and revelry. The lead vocalist, Danny ‘Dusk’ Johnson, was a disgruntled software developer who spent nights strumming at his guitar and scribbling lyrics on idle post-it notes. One night, Dusk met ‘Dazzle’ Dave, a drummer who worked at a local record store and shared his penchant for music and quirkiness. They soon found the missing pieces of their band in ‘Jazz’ Jack, who strummed the bass with an unparalleled rhythm, and ‘Witty’ Will, a keyboardist with a talent for crafting beautiful melodies. As they began playing together, the synergy was palpable and thus Vivacious Permission was born.

Their journey was not without struggle, with each member balancing their day jobs while devoting nights to their shared passion. But their determination was unyielding, and they eventually carved their niche, bringing legions of fans together with their unique brand of music that was both vivacious and permissive.

“Cosmic Melancholy”

Walking on the edge of twilight

Seeing stars in the murky daylight

Your love, my dearest folly

Catching stardust in my pocket

In the constellation of your smile

I lose myself, mile after mile

In the infinity of cosmic melancholy

Your love, my only holy
