Backstory:
Warm Mistake is a crew of four friends – Jack, Alan, Emma, and Lily – who met while studying at the University of Texas at Austin. During a late-night jam session in their dormitory, they discovered an undeniable musical chemistry. They were all passionate about creating music that resonated with their shared experiences and emotions. The band’s name was inspired by one of their shared philosophies: “Mistakes aren’t always cold and calculative; sometimes, they are warm, passionate and teach you more about life than anything else.” Warm Mistake was officially formed in 2011, and since then, they’ve been crafting songs that encapsulate their unique outlook.
