Backstory:

Watchful Band was born in the eclectic music scene of Austin, Texas, in 2012, formed by childhood friends Dane Johnson (lead vocals, guitar) and Alex Ramirez (drums, backing vocals). The duo, who spent their youth experimenting with various instruments and styles of music, eventually found a common love for creating hard-hitting, soul-stirring music that resonates with their listeners.

After a chance meeting with bassist Emma Floyd at a local open mic night, Dane and Alex knew they had found the missing component of their musical equation. Emma’s energetic style and unique flair for improvisation added a new dimension to the band’s sound, making them an overnight sensation in the local music scene. The band’s reputation for their magnetic live performances soon spread, leading Watchful Band to tour nationally and gaining them a loyal fanbase that spans the globe.
