Backstory:
Hailing from the vibrant music scene of Austin, Texas, Wavy Book was formed in 2014 when three high school friends; frontman Jake Haywood, drummer Matt Sullivan, and bassist Kevin Lynch decided to blend their love for music into a unified sound. All three members embarked on their musical journey, initially playing at local bars and small venues. After a chance encounter with a music producer at a local gig, the band was signed to an independent record label, giving them the platform they needed to share their unique sound with a broader audience.
