Full Song Lyrics:
(Verse)
Em C
Look at the mirror, we’re not getting younger,
G D
The sands of time, slipping through our fingers.
Em C
In the blink of an eye,
G D
From sunrise to under,
(Chorus)
Em C
Oh Innocent Hourglass,
G D
Your grains of sand, to us, never last.
Em C
Counting down moments,
G D
Till we’re a thing of the past.
(Verse)
Em C
We dream of tomorrows that never come,
G D
Living on borrowed time, chasing the sun,
Em C
Our hearts beat fast, our minds are numb,
(Chorus)

Oh Innocent Hourglass,
G D
Your grains of sand, to us, never last.
Em C
Counting down moments,
G D
Till we’re a thing of the past.
