Backstory:
Webbed Manager was born out of the ever-vibrant, chaotic rhythms of Portland’s underground music scene in the late 2000s. The band consists of four members: lead vocalist and bassist, Caleb Banks, guitarist Peter Adams, keyboardist Sarah Kim, and drummer Mike Webster. All four were working as managers in the online industry and met at a tech conference, discovering a shared love for music. The name “Webbed Manager” is an inside joke, a nod to their tech background and the intricate web of management they navigate daily. They started jamming together after work, and after a few viral performances on YouTube, they quit their day jobs and decided to pursue music full-time.
