Backstory:
Weepy Back was formed in the heart of Buffalo, New York in 2012. The band members, Bob, Danny, and Fred, were high school mates who shared a mutual passion for music and storytelling. The trio had distinct characters, from Bob’s humor and charisma, Danny’s introspective charm, and Fred’s down-to-earth, hardy persona. This contrast in personalities proved beneficial, contributing to the band’s unique musical style and lyricism. Their journey began in Bob’s basement, with a single beat-up guitar and a second-hand drum kit they found at a local yard sale. After years of honing their craft and performing at local pubs and underground music festivals, Weepy Back caught their big break in 2015, opening for an established rock band.
