Backstory:
Wide Leather was formed in the heart of Arizona’s desert landscape in 2007 when four childhood friends – Jake “Rattlesnake” McHale, Tony “Coyote” Bradley, Darren “Scorpion” Gibson, and Billy “Hawk” Anderson – decided to come together and turn their shared love of music into something more tangible. Each of them brought a unique sound influenced by their personal musical tastes, from hard rock to blues, creating a fusion that was distinctive and powerful. They originally played for small crowds at local bars, relying on word of mouth to build a fan base. But their big break came in 2010 when their debut album “Desert Storm” topped the charts, propelling them to national fame. Now, Wide Leather is a household name, continuing to rock with their unique blend of music.
