Backstory:
In 2010, four high school mates discovered their common love for rock music and a passion for creating soul-stirring melodies. Yawning Depth was born in the basement of their suburban home, where they spent countless hours honing their talent. The band members, lead singer Jacob “Jay” Morrison, drummer Chris “CJ” Jenkins, bassist Alex “Axe” Greene, and guitarist Ryan “Rye” Wilson, were initially only known among their friends and schoolmates. However, their fame began to spread when they performed at a local festival, leaving audiences mesmerised with their unique sound and deep, thoughtful lyrics. Their music resonates with the listeners, exploring the vast depth of human emotions, hence the name, Yawning Depth.

Melissa has followed Yawning Depth since their high school days, their music becoming a comfort during tough times. “Yawning Depth isn’t just a band.
