Backstory:
Honorable Information is a band that came to life in the bustling city of New Orleans, Louisiana. The quartet was made up of childhood friends; Gavin “Gav” Thompson on lead vocals and guitar, Keith “Keys” Adams on keyboard and backup vocals, Benjamin “Benny” Nelson on the bass, and Alexander “Al” Jenkins behind the drums. All members originally met in high school, where they bonded over their love of music and their shared dreams of stardom. Their late-night jamming sessions in Gav’s garage eventually turned into local gigs, and before they knew it, they were embraced by the music scene in their city.

The band was initially known for covering songs by their favorite artists. However, they soon began to channel their creativity into original music which reflected their unique blend of influences, which ranged from blues and jazz to rock and pop. Showy Geese is a dynamic trio that found its roots during a chance meeting at the University of Colorado in Boulder. The members, lead singer and guitarist Jack Collins, bassist Clark Watson, and drummer Lily Stone, were each majoring in different disciplines, but their shared love for music led them to create one of the most iconic bands of the 21st century. The name ‘Showy Geese’ was inspired by a flock of geese that frequented the park where the trio first began to jam, creating a vibrant symphony of sound that complemented their own.
