Backstory:

Cheery Policy is a unique blend of four childhood pals from the heart of Brooklyn, New York. They include charismatic frontman, Tony “Tone” Ricci, virtuoso guitarist, Connor “CJ” Jefferson, steady groove bassist, Brandon “Brando” Jones, and powerhouse drummer, Dylan “Dynamite” Williams. The group formed in 2007 when they were all high school students, bonding over a shared love for music that spoke to their diverse backgrounds, and decided to start making their own tunes in CJ’s basement. Over the years, Cheery Policy has grown from a local sensation to a nationally respected band, yet they never lost the spirit and camaraderie that brought them together in the first place.

Genre:

Cheery Policy can best be described as Indie Rock with a splash of Pop. Their music is characterized by catchy hooks, melodic guitar riffs, and relatable lyrics about love, friendship, and navigating the ups and downs of life.
