Backstory:

Defiant Crush was formed in the bustling heart of Seattle, Washington in 2004, during the height of the alternative rock music scene. The band is comprised of four members: lead vocalist and guitarist Max “Thrasher” Anders, backup vocalist and bassist Lisa “Stitch” Santiago, drummer Dane “Bulldozer” Briggs, and keyboardist Oliver “Snake” Michaels. They began their journey in the local music scene, playing gigs in small bars and clubs. Their raw energy, captivating original songs, and magnetic onstage presence quickly won over the local crowds, eventually leading to a record deal with a major label.

With their rise to fame, Defiant Crush became renowned for their rebellious and bold music, often speaking out against societal norms and encouraging their fans to embrace their individuality. Despite their mainstream success, they’ve managed to maintain their underdog spirit, always staying true to their alternative roots.
