Backstory:
Definitive Magic is a band born out of the sunny streets of San Francisco in 2011. At its core are five childhood friends, namely Max Gardner (lead vocals), Sam Whitman (bass guitar), Emily Marsden (lead guitar), Luke Harper (drums), and David Turner (keyboard). They’re known for their tight-knit camaraderie and intense dedication to their music. After spending years honing their skills in various garage bands, they decided to come together to create something truly special and unique, thus marking the birth of Definitive Magic.
Their rise to fame was as magical as their name suggests. They gained significant traction after a local radio station played one of their demos, a song they’d recorded in Max’s basement. After a whirlwind of record deals, tours, and more radio plays, Definitive Magic found themselves at the heart of the Indie music scene, charming audiences with their heartfelt lyrics and infectious melodies.
