Backstory:
Academic Address was born in the heart of Princeton University. The band was formed in a small dorm room by three ambitious undergraduates: Kevin (vocalist and guitarist), Jeremy (bassist), and Emma (drummer). All three were pursuing their degrees in music and shared a common passion for creating a unique sound that mirrored their diverse backgrounds and academic ambitions. Kevin’s soothing voice, Jeremy’s groovy bass lines, and Emma’s raw drumming talent quickly caught the attention of their peers and soon enough, Academic Address was performing at college festivals and local pubs.
Their music was appreciated for its depth and thought-provoking lyrics that reflected their academic pursuits, personal experiences, and commentary on societal issues. What started as a fun jamming project to blow off steam from rigorous academic demands soon became a promising journey in the music industry.
