Backstory:
Born out of a suburban garage in Detroit, Michigan, ‘Any Hearing’ is the brainchild of four lifelong friends. The group, consisting of lead vocalist and guitarist Jake Carter, bassist Sam “Bassman” Robinson, drummer Danny “Thumper” Thompson, and keyboardist Vinnie “Keys” Martino, started making music together during their high school years. They spent countless hours jamming in the Carter family’s garage, often to the chagrin of their neighbors. However, the boys’ passion for music was undeterred. Their dedication paid off when a demo tape of their songs found its way into the hands of a local record producer who was blown away by their raw, energetic sound.
Their journey from a garage band to a full-blown phenomenon was far from smooth, but their unwavering commitment to their music and their fans shone through. ‘Any Hearing’ quickly became a beloved act in the local music scene, renowned for their electrifying live performances and catchy, heartfelt songs. Their fame soon spread beyond their hometown, and today, ‘Any Hearing’ is a name recognized nationally, a testament to their talent and tenacity.
