Backstory:
Buzzing Acid, an experimental music ensemble, was formed in 2015 in the vibrant heart of Austin, Texas. The band members – lead vocalist Joe “Meltdown” Murphy, guitarist Paul “Sonic” Riddle, bassist Alex “Low Rider” Gomez, and drummer Sam “Beat Master” Simmons – were all part of different local bands before they decided to join forces and create something unique. Inspired by their collective love for underground music and psychedelic experiences, they began making music that was, as they put it, “a sonic exploration of the human psyche”.

Genre:
Buzzing Acid’s music is a mind-bending blend of Psychedelic Rock, Acid Techno, and Experimental Noise. Their heavy use of distortion, unconventional instruments, and synthesizers create a soundscape that is disorienting, hallucinatory, and incredibly addictive.
