Backstory:
Defenseless Store was first formed in the bustling city of Montreal back in 2010. The band consists of four members – David on vocals and guitar, Mark on drums, Rachel on keys, and Paul on bass. They were all old friends from high school, but it wasn’t until they found themselves jobless in the middle of the recession that they decided to come together and form a band. They chose the name Defenseless Store to signify their vulnerability and the raw emotions they felt during that time. From practicing in a dingy garage, they have come a long way, gaining recognition in the local music scene and beyond.
