Backstory:
“Easy Squad” was formed in the boisterous boroughs of Brooklyn, New York in the summer of 2008. The core members, Jack “Jazz” Dawson, Tommy “Tone” Matthews, Samantha “Sax” Carter, and Pete “Pulse” Adams, all met at a local jam session at the infamous Hole-In-The-Wall Music Lounge, discovering a shared love for easygoing, toe-tapping tunes and well-crafted lyrics. United by their common interest, they decided to start a band that would encapsulate their love for music and their desire to spread joy through their art.
“Easy Squad” started off playing in local bars, and their infectious energy quickly gained them a loyal following. Their breakout moment came one rainy night in 2012, when they were scouted by a local record label boss who happened to be in the audience. The band soon signed a contract with the label, paving their way into the mainstream music scene.
