Muffled Spark

Backstory:

Muffled Spark was born in the heart of Seattle amidst the buzzing music scene of the late 90s. The band was formed by a group of high school friends; lead vocalist Jack Reynolds, guitarist Sam Michaels, bassist Jim ‘Wires’ Whitmore, and drummer Tony Russo. They started playing in high school assemblies and small gigs around town before being discovered by a small independent record label at a local music festival. Their raw energy, immersive lyrics, and distinct sound quickly won them a cult-like following, making them one of the hottest bands in the underground music scene.

Their journey was not without its fair share of struggles and pitfalls, but the band always managed to pull through, becoming stronger with every hurdle. They stuck together through personal losses, creative differences, and the ever-changing music industry. The bond between them as friends and musicians, and their unwavering commitment to their music, has made Muffled Spark a force to be reckoned with.

Title:
“Echoes in the Rain”

Full Song Lyrics:

(Verse 1)
Em C G D
Walking down these empty streets, light is fading fast,
Em C G D
Echoes of your laughter is a ghost from the past,
Em C G D
Holding onto memories, as the sky turns to gray,
Em C G D
I close my eyes and I can hear you say…

(Chorus)
Em C G D
“Let’s dance in the echoes, under the pouring rain,
Em C G D
Listen to the whispers, love’s never in vain,
Em C G D
Hold onto the moment, let the world fade away,
Em C G D
We’ll dance in the echoes, come what may.”

(Verse 2)
Em C G D
Through the pain and the heartache, your voice is my guide,
Em C G D
In the silence of the night, when there’s nowhere to hide,
Em C G D
The echoes of our love story, in every drop of rain,
Em C G D
In the rhythm of my heart, I can hear your refrain…

(Repeat Chorus)
