Euphoric Crime

Backstory:
In the late 90s in the vibrant city of Chicago, a group of four childhood friends discovered their shared passion for music. They were always the misfits – the boys who found solace in the calming notes of music and the liberating rhythms of rebellion. From playing in their high school’s music room to local bars, they began their journey with the name “Euphoric Crime”. The name signifies the euphoric thrill they derive from their music, which they jokingly consider their ‘crime’ against the traditional norms of society. The band’s journey has been a roller coaster ride of emotions, filled with late-night jamming sessions, wild performances, and the evolution of their sound.

(Verse 1)
Am – C
We’re just cosmic rebels in a mundane world,
D – Em
Dreaming of the stars, our spirits twirled.
Am – C
In the darkness, we find our flame,
D – Em
The world may forget, but the universe knows our name.

(Chorus)
C – G
We’re Euphoric Crime, can’t cage our rhyme,
Am – Em
Our music’s our soul, it’s our prime.
C – G
We’re the cosmic rebels, lost in the time,
Am – Em
Living for the thrill, living for the chime.

(Verse 2)
Am – C
Our art is the crime, the world’s the jury,
D – Em
But we won’t bow down, we won’t worry.
Am – C
We’re the misfits, the dreamers of the night,
D – Em
Our music’s our armor, our guiding light.

(Chorus)
C – G
We’re Euphoric Crime, can’t cage our rhyme,
Am – Em
Our music’s our soul, it’s our prime.

Living for the thrill, living for the chime.
