Fat Curtain

Backstory:
Fat Curtain was conceived in 2010 in the gritty streets of Cleveland, Ohio. The founding members, Chuck “The Wall” Wallinsky on lead guitar, and Jake “Fingers” McAllister on piano and vocals, met in an underground music club where they discovered their shared love for music that pushed boundaries. After a few jam sessions, they realized their chemistry was too powerful to ignore. They decided to form a band, bringing in the talented drummer, Billy “Bam-Bam” Thompson, and dynamic bassist, Mike “Mellow” Williams. Fat Curtain was born.

Their first album, “Thin Veil”, was a minor success, but it was their second album “Unhinged” that truly catapulted them to the spotlight. Since then, they’ve been touring non-stop, playing at sold-out venues while making their unique sound heard across the nation.

Genre:
Fat Curtain is best known for their experimental rock sound, often blending elements of Blues, Jazz, and Psychedelic Rock.

Verse 1: (C-G-Am-F)
( C ) Lost in the madness, ( G ) caught in the grind,
( Am ) We’re running on empty, ( F ) feeling confined.
( C ) The clock keeps on ticking, ( G ) the world’s in decline,
( Am ) But we’re still here standing, ( F ) crossing that line.

Chorus: (G-C-Am-F)
( G ) We’re out of time, ( C ) dancing on the edge of a dime,
( Am ) Trying to find, ( F ) peace in the heart of the crime.
( G ) It’s a steep climb, ( C ) but we’ve got the will and the rhyme,
( Am ) We’re out of time, ( F ) but it’s our moment, our prime.

Verse 2: (C-G-Am-F)
( C ) Stripped of our innocence, ( G ) in the blink of an eye,
( Am ) We’re battered and bruised, ( F ) under the sky.
( C ) We’ve tasted the bitterness, ( G ) heard the world’s cry,
( Am ) But we’re clinging to hope, ( F ) learning to fly.

(Repeat Chorus)
