Backstory:

Hefty Growth was born out of the shared studio apartments of four childhood friends who grew up together in a small town in Louisiana. Their shared love for music had them experimenting with various genres and instruments in their early teens. By the time they hit their early twenties, they had already churned out a couple of garage produced albums, which circulated within their tight-knit community. It was the local radio station DJ who first recognized their raw talent and started playing their tracks in between popular numbers. This led to a surge in local popularity and soon enough, Hefty Growth was the pride of their hometown.

The band comprises of lead guitarist and vocalist Max “Matchstick” Rogers, bassist Noah “Nudge” Quicksilver, drummer Luke “Lanky” Deveraux, and keyboardist Pete “Pilgrim” Shaw. Their music is a blend of their shared experiences, personal journeys, and raw emotions, which resonates deeply with their fans.
