Backstory:
Jubilant Type is a band that was formed in 2015 in the heart of Nashville, Tennessee. The members, all college buddies, were united by their passion for music and a shared desire to bring joy to people through their songs. Frontman, Jeremy “Jubilant” Jameson, was a Psychology major who found solace and expression in music. He joined forces with his childhood friend and English Literature student, Tyler “Type” Townsend, to combine their lyric-writing prowess and musicianship. They recruited bassist, Rachel “Rhythm” Reynolds, a Music major and drummer, David “Drumbeat” Daniels, a Computer Science student with a knack for percussion. The quartet spent their college years juggling academics and late-night jamming sessions, ultimately crafting a unique sound that resonated with the listeners.
In their early days, they performed at local bars, college events and anywhere else they could get a gig. Their music was more than just an attempt to break into the industry; it was a representation of their journey, their joy, their struggles, and their dreams. With each performance, their fanbase grew, and their music started to get airplay on local radio stations. The band’s popularity skyrocketed after their breakthrough performance at the Tennessee Music Festival in 2017. Since then, Jubilant Type has become a household name in the indie-pop music scene.

Title:
“Dancing with Moonbeams”
Full song lyrics:
(Verse 1)
Em C G D
Underneath a starry night,
Em C G D
Our feet tracing patterns of delight,
Em C G D
Swimming in the whispers of the wind,
Em C G D
Our hearts playing a rhythm, love’s hymn.
(Chorus)
Em C G D
We’re dancing, we’re dancing with moonbeams,
Em C G D
Caught in the magic of twilight dreams.
Em C G D
In the silence, our laughter screams,
Em C G D
We’re dancing, we’re dancing with moonbeams.
(Verse 2)
Em C G D
In the echo of the night,
Em C G D
Your eyes, they shimmer with soft light,
Em C G D
Barefoot on the grass, we twirl and spin,
Em C G D
Lost in the rhythm, let the love begin.
(Chorus)
Em C G D
We’re dancing, we’re dancing with moonbeams,
Em C G D
Caught in the magic of twilight dreams.
Em C G D
In the silence, our laughter screams,
Em C G D
We’re dancing, we’re dancing with moonbeams.
