Kind Digestion

Backstory:

Kind Digestion was started in 2013 in the bustling city of Chicago by longtime friends Peter Williams (lead vocals and guitar) and Alex Thompson (drums). They had been jamming together since high school and finally decided to put a name to their collaboration. Peter’s younger brother, Charlie, was welcomed as the band’s bassist. They started out performing in small pubs and local festivals, winning over audiences with their unique fusion of rock, indie, and folk. After a year of tireless gigging, they caught the attention of a local record label, and their journey took off. Since then, they have played all over the country, released two albums, and have gained a loyal fan base.

“Whispers in the Wind”

Song Lyrics:

(Verse 1)
[G] Take a walk with me through the [D] city streets,
[G] Listen to the rhythm, feel the [D] concrete beats.
[Em] Time is short, but the road is [C] long,
[G] Find in each moment a brand new [D] song.

(Chorus)
[C] Whispers in the wind, [G] secrets of the stars,
[Am] Life is a journey, [D] no matter where you are.
[C] So embrace the mystery, [G] let your spirit soar,
[Am] With every step you take, [D] life will show you more.

(Verse 2)
[G] Strangers passing, stories [D] untold,
[G] Look beyond the surface, see the [D] hearts of gold.
[Em] Each encounter, a lesson [C] learned,
[G] Love is the key, for which we’ve [D] yearned.

(Chorus)
[C] Whispers in the wind, [G] echoes of the past,
[Am] Cherish every moment, [D] make the good times last.
[C] Venture into the unknown, [G] let your soul be free,
[Am] The world is a canvas, [D] paint your destiny.
