Miniature Consumption

Backstory:
Miniature Consumption was formed in 2002, in the vibrant music scene of Seattle, Washington. The band consists of childhood friends – lead vocalist and guitarist Pete Reynolds, bassist Liam O’Sullivan, and drummer Rick Marshall. The trio initially started playing together in high school, with their first gig being their high school talent show. Their unique sound was influenced by their affinity for 90s grunge, classic rock, and modern indie music, combined with their shared experiences growing up in the Pacific Northwest. They hit the road after graduation, playing at local bars and small festivals, before being discovered by an indie record label.

The band gained a substantial fan base with their debut album, “Out of The Rain,” and their distinctive sound, thoughtful lyrics, and energetic live performances. Their music deals with themes of youth, nostalgia, identity, and the struggle to find meaning in a chaotic world. Miniature Consumption has always prioritized authenticity and connection with their fans, leading to a loyal and passionate following.

Title:
“Echoes In The Twilight”

Full Song Lyrics:

(Verse 1)
Em G D A
Underneath the city lights, we lost our way
Em G D A
Searching for a hint of truth in what we say
Em G D A
Are we just echoes in the twilight, a fading day?
Em G D A
Are we the heroes of our own plight, or just the play?

(Chorus)
C G D Em
Echoes in the twilight, whispers in the night
C G D Em
Painting our own stories, in shades of black and white.
C G D Em
Are we just echoes in the twilight, lost in the fray?
C G D Em
Or are we the heroes of our own plight, finding our way?

(Verse 2)
Em G D A
In the canvas of the night, we make our stand
Em G D A
With hopes and dreams held tight, in trembling hands
Em G D A
Are we just echoes in the twilight, a shifting sand?
Em G D A
Are we the heroes of our own plight, with no command?

(Chorus)
C G D Em
Echoes in the twilight, whispers in the night
C G D Em
Painting our own stories, in shades of black and white.
C G D Em
Are we just echoes in the twilight, lost in the haze?
C G D Em
Or are we the heroes of our own plight, setting ablaze?
