Mortified Failure

Backstory:
Mortified Failure was born out of a small garage in Poughkeepsie, New York in the summer of 2008. Originally comprised of neighbors and friends, Mark Anderson (vocals/rhythm guitar), Tony Faciano (lead guitar), Emily Hassel (bass), and Ritchie Jenson (drums), the band was formed as a means of escape from their dull day jobs. They soon realized how harmoniously their passion and talent blended, driving them to write songs that reflected their daily struggles, hopes, and heartbreaks.

The group quickly gained traction playing in hole-in-the-wall bars and small venues across the east coast. Despite their growing popularity, Mortified Failure remained true to their roots, writing poignant lyrics with raw emotion. Their unique sound, a fusion of rock, punk, and blues, resonated with many, cementing their place in the hearts of fans beyond their hometown.

(Verse 1)
[Em] Woke up this morning, [G] shadows on my mind,
