Backstory:
Nimble Father is a unique band that found its footing in the heart of Brooklyn, New York. The band, comprising of five members – Tom, leader and lead vocalist, Dean, the bassist, Sam, lead guitarist, Jerry, the drummer and Matt, on keys, came together in the winter of 2012. Their shared passion for music and a desire to bring a fresh sound to the industry brought them together. The band members had all been involved in different music projects but felt unfulfilled, wanting to create something that had a deeper connection with people. Thus, Nimble Father was born, and they began their journey to creating music that would touch the hearts of many.

Nimble Father’s unique sound could be classified under Indie Rock, but with a distinct twist of Soul and Folk elements.

Their favorite fan is a New Yorker named Riley. Riley has been with Nimble Father since their early days, attending every gig, and helping them spread the word. Riley says, “Nimble Father is more than just a band to me. Their music speaks to my soul. The way they capture the essence of life in the city, it’s unique and deeply moving. It’s like they’ve put my life and experiences into song. I don’t think any other band has ever touched me on such a personal level. I’m proud to call myself their number one fan.”
