Backstory:
Formed in 2015, Overcooked Album originated in a small college town in New Hampshire where they began their journey as an indie rock group. They were mostly friends from the same music program who started jamming together in their garage. A peculiar chain of events involving an ambitious cooking experiment gone wrong is what led them to their unique band name. Their first “album” was actually a compilation of their music, incidentally left in a microwave for too long, and thus “Overcooked Album” was born. Their sound is known for its unique blend of indie, rock, and blues influences, with lyrics that range from introspective to absurd, and energetic performances that captivate audiences.
