Backstory:
In the heat of the 2014 summer, Parched Advance was formed. Five friends from the rural outskirts of Texas, who had spent countless days and nights jamming in the local barn, decided to take their passion to the next level. They were inspired by the relentless sun and the unyielding perseverance of the local farmers, as reflected in their band’s name.
Despite their small-town roots, Parched Advance demonstrated their extraordinary talent with their debut album, “Sweat and Dust,” quickly gaining a dedicated fan base. They’ve since toured across the country, with their energy, passion, and raw talent turning every venue into a wild, foot-stomping party.

“Underneath the Blazing Sun”
Song Lyrics:
(Verse 1)
Em C
Underneath the blazing sun, in the heart of Texas,
G D
We’re working the land till the day is done.
Em C
Our hands are rough, our spirits are tough,
G D
And we dance with the beat of the setting sun.
(Chorus)
C G
We’re Parched Advance, we take no chance,
Em D
We play our tune under the moon and start the dance.
C G
With dusty boots and cowboy roots,
Em D
We’re singing our song till the morning comes.
(Verse 2)
Em C
In the heat of the day, in the cool of the night,
G D
We’re riding the rhythm of this country life.
Em C
With a guitar in hand, on this scorched land,
G D
We’re strumming the chords of our heart’s delight.
(Chorus)
C G
We’re Parched Advance, we take no chance,
Em D
We play our tune under the moon and start the dance.
C G
With dusty boots and cowboy roots,
Em D
We’re singing our song till the morning comes.

Testimonial:
“Parched Advance isn’t just a band; it’s a lifestyle. The way they translate the raw, authentic country living into music, it gets in your bones. Every song feels like a journey through the wide open fields, under the big Texas sky. They’re my favorite band because they aren’t just playing music, they’re telling my story, our story. It’s a hard life, but it’s a good life, and Parched Advance captures that beautifully.”
