“River’s Echo”

Full Song Lyrics:

(Verse 1)
G C G D
Down the Mississippi, under the sycamore tree,
G C G D
Sat a boy with his guitar, singing a melody.
G C G D
Underneath the moonlight, reflecting a silver sheen,
G C G D
He dreamt of a life, that was yet to be seen.

(Chorus)
G C G D
Oh, the echo of the river, flows in his soul,
G C G D
His heart beats the rhythm, and his voice takes control.
G C G D
Where the river meets the ocean, he’ll sing his song,
G C G D
In the echo of the river, where he belongs.

(Verse 2)
G C G D
He met a girl with a voice, sweet like a summer breeze,

Together they spun melodies, that put hearts at ease.
G C G D
Their passion ignited, under the Southern sun,
G C G D
In the echo of the river, where it all begun.

(Chorus)
G C G D
Oh, the echo of the river, flows in their song,
G C G D
Their hearts beat the rhythm, strong and long.
G C G D
Where the river meets the ocean, they sing their song,
G C G D
In the echo of the river, where they belong.
