Backstory:
Formed in the early 2000s in the heart of Seattle, ‘Ready Owl’ is a quartet consisting of childhood friends, Alex Doyle (lead vocalist), Reese Potts (guitarist), Melanie Foster (bassist), and Danny Klein (drummer). Each member brought their unique musical influences to the group, creating a distinctive, eclectic sound that quickly caught the attention of their local indie scene. From jamming in garage sessions to performing in local gigs, their journey was not without challenges. However, their collective passion for music and unyielding dedication helped them rise above the ranks, leading them to sign their first major record deal in 2005.
