Backstory:

Same Gas was formed in the bustling city of Seattle in the late 2000s. Its founding members, lead vocalist and guitarist Jack, bassist Alex, and drummer Melissa, were high school friends who shared the same love for music. Their journey in the music industry was a classic story of struggle and perseverance. They started from garage jam sessions, showing their talent in small local gigs, and slowly but surely, their unique sound and insightful lyrics started to resonate with a growing audience. Their name, Same Gas, was inspired by a running joke between them about their shared old, beat-up Ford Mustang, which they used for transportation to many of their gigs during their early days.
