Backstory:
Formed in the sweltering heat of the 2008 Arizona summer, Spiteful Temperature was the brainchild of childhood friends, guitarist Alex “Crescendo” Crowe and drummer Jimmy “Beatmaster” Jenkins. The band’s name was inspired by the harsh, resentful heat they experienced while practicing in their un-airconditioned garage. As the band evolved, they recruited bassist Kelly “Subwoofer” Lopez and lead vocalist, keyboardist Gina “Melody” Turner. The group spent the next few years honing their craft, playing local gigs and building a loyal fan base, before moving on to national tours and studio album recordings.

Genre:
Spiteful Temperature’s unique sound can be best categorized as Indie Rock with a hint of psychedelic influences.
