Backstory:
Studious Reaction emerged from the bustling heart of New York City in the early 2000s. The band was born out of a shared love for music between four college students – Mike on vocals, Alex on guitar, Sarah on drums, and Lucy on bass. These four passionate musicians met during a music theory class in college and immediately bonded over their shared love for melodic rock and philosophical lyrics. After many late-night jam sessions in Alex’s cramped basement, they decided to take their passion a step further and thus, Studious Reaction was formed. Driven by their love for music and the desire to make their voice heard, they started performing on the streets of Brooklyn, slowly building a fanbase and gaining recognition for their unique sound and thought-provoking lyrics.
