Backstory:
Superb Duration is a homegrown collective that bloomed in the suburbs of Chicago, Illinois. The band was formed in 2012 by childhood friends, Samuel O’Neil, Leonard “Leo” Maidens, and the Ferguson twins, Andy and Jessie. All originally members of their high school’s jazz band, they discovered their shared love for indie rock and began experimenting with their sound in Samuel’s garage. They began making waves locally with their profound lyrics, captivating chord progressions, and the unique blend of their musical backgrounds.

Their debut album, “Riding Time” was released in 2015, and was met with critical acclaim, propelling them to national recognition. Their sonic exploration and lyrical depth resonated with a wide audience, and their unique brand of indie rock has led them to tour extensively around the United States, forever raising the bar with each new release.
