Backstory:
Thorough Summer was born on a warm afternoon in the small town of Pueblo, Colorado. The founding members, childhood best friends Jonah and Brett were out on their usual fishing trip when they found an old, worn-out guitar lying by the river bank. They took it home, and that same night, music filled the air as Jonah strummed the guitar and Brett accompanied him with his harmonica. This was the start of their journey into the world of music. After a year of practicing and creating their own tunes, they were joined by a drummer, who was none other than Brett’s cousin Jamie. Thus, Thorough Summer came into existence, their name inspired by the sunny afternoon that kindled their passion for music.
Genre:
Thorough Summer’s music can be best described as Indie Folk Rock.
