Backstory:
TRUE Tube formed in the heart of New York City during the late 90s where a group of neighborhood friends discovered their shared passion for music. The members, John “JJ” Jones (vocals, guitar), Tim “T-Rex” Reynolds (bass), and Patty “Patsy” McNeal (drums) found themselves bonding over their love for folk music and their desire to create something unique with it. They started playing in local bars and small venues, gaining a reputation for their energetic performances and soul-stirring lyrics. Despite the band’s humble beginnings, their dedication and talent did not go unnoticed. As time passed, TRUE Tube started to gain momentum, capturing the hearts of listeners with their authentic lyrics, melodious tunes, and charismatic stage presence.
