Backstory:

Warlike Notice is the result of the dream of four high school friends who huddled in a small garage, playing their hearts out in the heart of Austin, Texas. The band was formed in 2008 and consists of lead vocalist and rhythm guitarist Pete “Pyro” Johnson, lead guitarist Terry “Thunder” Rodriguez, bassist Danny “Demon” Phillips, and drummer Mike “Maelstrom” Thompson. Their journey began with the belief that music shouldn’t be just about making hits, it should be about sparking a revolution. Their name, Warlike Notice, is a testament to their mission to confront societal issues head-on with their music.

Their rise to fame was not a straight path but rather an uphill battle. They started by performing in local bars and small events, slowly gaining recognition for their raw energy and powerful lyrics. In 2012, they got their breakthrough when a renowned record producer noticed their performance at the Austin City Limits Music Festival. From there, they went on to produce multiple hit albums that not only topped local charts but also made an impact internationally.
