Backstory:
Warped Cherry is a three-piece band hailing from the vibrant music scene of Nashville, Tennessee. Formed in the fall of 2010 by high school friends Jake “Maverick” Mason, bassist/vocalist, Tommy “Thunder” Thompson, drummer, and Lily “Lightning” Lane, lead vocalist/guitarist, they began as a garage band, playing small gigs in local pubs. Their breakthrough came in 2013 when a producer from Big Beat Records heard them during a live performance and offered them a recording contract. Now, they’ve grown into a well-known band with a string of hit albums to their name. Their music exudes an energetic vibe, inspired by their shared love of classic rock, 90s alt-rock, and a dash of country charm.
